Aviarc Australia was established in 2005 with a mission to build a world-class Australian software development company that delivers bespoke Aviarc-based applications in firstly Australia then Asia.

Since then we have successfully delivered Enterprise Small Systems projects to some of the largest users of IT in Australia. Resource flexibility is gained by use of the Aviarc Agility Centre™ methodologies to support overflow development to less-utilised reources when necessary. Some major Australian projects have been successfully delivered using resource from our New Zealand-based parent.

Since our inception, Aviarc Australia has also provided the key research and development efforts behind the suite of Agility Centre methodologies.

Aviarc Australia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Core Technology Ltd, a New Zealand Research, Development, Delivery and Support company based in Wellington.

We know the requirements of Enterprise clients, and are structured with the appropriately skilled people to support the requirements of large users of IT. The Managing Director, Ross Smith, has had over 30 years experience in information technology general management, sales management and sales. During that time he has developed and led teams implementing and supporting high-end solutions, consulting and services in Australia and globally and has operated across numerous industry verticals including Telcos and Airlines internationally.

At Aviarc Australia we focus on the development of small business systems for enterprise clients. Our processes and overheads are tailored to that environment so we can deliver cost-effectively and profitably. Tier 1 and 2 Software Development companies focus primarily on large systems development and integration; with the best will in the world they are neither structured nor financially motivated to deliver the same quality at the lower-end.

Aviarc Australia is based at the Greenhill Enterprise Centre in Ballarat, home of Regional IT investment in Victoria, and conveniently located near Melbourne.
