Operating over three major phases, the methodologies focus on providing solutions to the issues facing enterprises when:
- Determining the applicability of a new business idea;
- Deciding the priorities when developing new ideas;
- Delivering innovations from approved ideas in the shortest possible time.
In Phase One, Idea Incubation, two key businesses processes occur. Firstly, new ideas are passed through an Idea Qualification process to determine at a high-level if there is merit in proceeding further. If the idea passes organisational hurdles at first glance, then a more rigorous Idea Development process occurs.
