Every phase of the Aviarc 'idea to innovation' cycle is designed from a holistic perspective. All "friction" between phases is minimised in order to bring urgency to the delivery of the innovation.
During the initial Idea Qualification workshop, all concepts, requirements, benefits and costs identified are captured not only for output from this module, but input to the requirements section of the following Idea Development phase.
Few, if any, of the screens, workflows, reports or database designs demonstrated during the Idea Development phase have to be re-written during the following Innovation Delivery phase. With the Aviarc Development Suite, once an element of the final application has been completed, it is saved for re-use later in the delivery phase.
All assumptions are held not just for re-use, but for governance and audit purposes. A benefits realisation exercise may be held post implementation using these assumptions.
All Aviarc applications, once tested and accepted by the users, may be put straight into production with minimal need for integration. The Aviarc Server technology enables the new application to co-exist seamlessly with the existing environment.
All of these techniques and disciplines enable a business user to maintain control of the delivery of their application in the shortest possible time, while adhering to corporate governance, architecture and security standards.
