The Ideas Incubator provides an excellent means of communicating with a outsourced development environment.
All phases of the Idea Incubation process, the initial Idea Qualification and Idea Development, are designed to capture and feed back current user priorities and requirements to the pertinent development team. These are methodologies that have evolved over a number of client engagements over the past three years by the Aviarc Australia team, and can be used by an in-house team just as effectively.
The Aviarc Australia team at the Ballarat Development Centre are used to delivering fixed-price, time-critical systems working remotely from the business user. The keys to the effectiveness of this capability are:
